To be successful you will have the following:
n
n
Trade qualifications are ideal, but robust hands-on experience is essential
n
2-5+ years of Foreman experience with a reputable company
n
Experience on projects valued over $100M is highly desirable
n
Proven expertise in finishes, with a strong track record of quality outcomes
n

Intro Recruitment are working alongside an Aged Care Community located on the Gold Coast.This brand-new development features two 13-storey towers positioned above a three-storey podium,
forming a premium vertical retirement village in partnership with a respected aged care provider. The project blends high-end residential living with integrated community care and safety is at the heart of everything we do.

Opportunity:
n
You will have proven experience delivering commercial and/or residential projects as a Foreman, with strong expertise in managing high-quality finishes. You will be skilled at driving productivity, coordinating trades, and maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship across every stage of delivery.
n
Experience working within a Tier 1 construction environment is highly regarded, along with the ability to drive commercial outcomes, manage project priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This is a long-term opportunity on a landmark project, running through to late ****.
