Our client is a market leading business within differing industries and only continues to grow to new heights, as the business continues to grow. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Officer to due their team on a full time permanent basis in Keysborough.
n
The Responsibilities
n
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, will not be limited to:
n
n
Daily banking and reconciliations
n
Issuing and processing of invoices
n
Preparation of batch payments on a weekly basis
n
Supplier/Customer queries
n
Allocation and receipting of payments
n
Account & statement reconciliations
n
Working within both the AP and AR inbox
n




Other ad hoc tasks
n
n
The Successful Candidate
n
The ideal candidate will posses the following attributes; however, not limited to:
n
n
Has worked within a similar Accounts Officer role in the past
n
Ability to work within a team environment
n
Resides locally in Melbourne's south east
n
Clear written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong work ethic, with a high attention to detail
n
