Must currently reside in Queensland (QLD).
n
Must be an Australian Citizen or hold Australian Permanent Residency (PR).
n
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years' Australian work experience within Civil Infrastructure with Earthworks experience.

This is a Queensland-based FIFO position. Applicants must be currently based in Queensland and available to work on a fly-in fly-out roster to the project site.

The role:
n
As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of this large-scale Solar Farm project, coordinating technical activities, managing quality, supporting project delivery, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget.
n
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Site Supervisors,
you'll gain exposure to major infrastructure delivery while developing your career within a growing business.
n
Your everyday:
n
n
Produce and manage three-week look-ahead programs.
n
Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
n
Monitor productivity and project performance.
n
Assist with procurement, subcontractor management and contract administration.
n
Prepare project variations and commercial reporting.
n
Ensure quality assurance processes and documentation are maintained.
n
Lead by example in safety, conducting audits, inspections and risk management.
n
Manage RFIs, Inspection & Test Plans and project documentation.
n
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who is motivated, proactive and ready to grow their career.

You'll ideally have:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or equivalent).
n
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience
n
Previous Site Engineer experience within civil construction or infrastructure projects.
n
Robust knowledge of construction methodologies and safety practices.
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
n
High attention to detail.
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
Experience using Microsoft Office and construction management software.
n
