Due to business expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Center (BDC)Manager - NSW to join our dynamic team.

BDC Manager with proven experience leading a team that calls retail customers and converts online/call enquiries into warm and hot leads for sales allocation. The ideal candidate brings a sales‐growth mindset, strong leadership, data management capability

This position requires a results‐oriented leader with strong coaching skills, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
n

Lead and manage the BDC team, setting clear KPIs and performance standards
n
Oversee inbound and outbound communications (phone,



email, digital) to maximize lead conversion
n
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, appointment setting, and customer retention
n
Partner with Sales and Service Managers to align BDC activities with dealership goals
n
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, reporting results to senior management
n
Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve high productivity and customer satisfaction
n
Ensure compliance with dealership processes, brand standards, and customer service excellence
n

Qualifications & Skills
n
n
Proven experience in automotive dealership operations, preferably in a BDC or sales leadership role
n
Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of coaching success
n
Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
n
Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and implement improvement strategies
n
Proficiency in CRM/DMS systems and digital communication platforms
n
n
