Working at the intersection of strategy, technology and product development, you’ll design and deploy AI-enabled intelligence platforms, workflows and tools that strengthen decision-making and improve the productivity of strategy work across SEEK.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence and working closely with SEEK’s Product Strategy function, this is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You’ll partner with teams across Strategy, Product, Data, Architecture, AI and Engineering to turn strategic questions into scalable systems, workflows and decision-support tools that improve the speed,



quality and consistency of strategy work across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing
Own the end-to-end delivery of solutions for the Strategy team, from prospect identification and approach development through to implementation, adoption and realised benefits.
Build—or partner with others to build—solutions such as AI-enabled strategy intelligence platforms, copilots embedded with SEEK’s strategic frameworks, and agents that support the analytics and planning required for high-impact strategy work.
Collaborate across Strategy, Product, Data, Architecture, AI and Engineering to deliver solutions aligned with SEEK’s technology patterns and share learnings across the organisation.
Build capability and encourage adoption through training, coaching, playbooks, templates, communities of practice and effective operating rhythms.
Monitor adoption, quality, productivity and business impact, using these insights to continuously improve AI-enabled strategy workflows and tools.
