My client is a highly regarded Victorian Civil contractor that specialises in civil/ external works projects to $10m. They have excellent relationships working for major tier 1 & 2 commercial builders, with most of their work through repeat clients. Due to continual growth, they're now looking to add an experienced supervisor to their team.

About the role
n
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the following:
n
n
Ensure all aspects of the projects are running efficiently and on time through to completion
n
Scheduling and coordinating work for onsite team
n
Management of job site OH&S; requirements
n
Site supervising on site crews
n
n
About you
n
To be successful you'll ideally have the following experience:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisor/ foreman role
n
Previous supervisory experience delivering civil/ external works projects to $5m
n
Experience in managing sub contractors
n
