Food Manufacturing Company based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne seeking QC Officer to join their team

Casual contract with 1-3 shifts per week

Ongoing position, with potential for full-time work

Seeking enthusiastic food graduates with internship experience
n
Should be versatile to do day shift (10am to 4pm) and afternoon shift (4pm to 1:30am).

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
n

QC checks along the manufacturing line
n
Raw material assessment
n
Basic wet chemistry (titrations, pH)
n
Laboratory housekeeping
n
Calibration of instrumentation
n
Filing and paperwork
n
Occasional Microbiological Testing
n
n
About you -
n
n
Completed a Bachelor of Science (Food Science) or a related discipline.
n
Experience working in a food manufacturingenvironment
n
Strong work ethic
n
Valid drivers license and vehicle required
n
Quality focused individual with excellent attention to detail.
n
Good communication skills.
n
Work experience from a fast paced environment
n
