About the Role
n
Working within a collaborative engineering and infrastructure team, you will provide technical expertise across a range of traffic and transport initiatives, including:
n
n
Traffic and transport planning
n
Road safety and infrastructure assessments
n
Traffic studies and engineering investigations
n
Development application assessments
n
Stakeholder and community engagement
n
Project management of traffic-related capital works programs
n
Liaison with government agencies and key stakeholders
n
n
To be successful, you will possess:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Traffic Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline, or substantial relevant experience
n
Strong knowledge of traffic and transport legislation, standards and best practice
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
n




Demonstrated project management experience
n
Current driver's licence
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Experience with traffic modelling and engineering software
n
Road safety or traffic management accreditations
n
Local government experience
n
Proficiency across contemporary engineering and project management systems
n
n
