Job Description
Talenza is partnering with a large, values-led organisation to hire an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of technology initiatives in a complex, stakeholder-rich environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who can run projects end-to-end, keep governance tight, and bring people along the journey.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Delivering technology projects and work packages end-to-end
n
Managing scope, schedule, budget, RAID, change and quality
n
Driving delivery across planning, execution, transition and review
n
Building robust relationships across internal stakeholders, vendors and governance forums
n
Producing clear status reporting, dependency management and delivery updates
n
Coordinating project resources in a matrix environment
n
n
Projects may span enterprise applications, digital platforms, data & integration services, infrastructure,



and specialist technology initiatives.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Demonstrated experience delivering technology projects in complex organisations
n
Strong fundamentals across planning, budget tracking, risk/issue management and reporting
n
Vendor / third-party delivery experience
n
Certification in one or more recognised PM methodologies
n
Familiarity with delivery tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira
n
n
Nice to have:
n
n
PRINCE2 and/or ITIL exposure
n
Experience working in large, regulated environments
n
Comfortable working in hybrid/agile ways of working
n
Experience working in a federal government department
n
n
To be considered you will need to be able to obtain Baseline clearance (typically requiring Australian citizenship).
