Experienced Barista – Nedlands
We are a busy café located in
Nedlands, next to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital
, and we're looking for an
experienced and friendly Barista
to join our team.
What we're looking for
Experienced Barista
– Confident working in a quick-paced café and able to handle a high volume of both dine-in and takeaway coffee orders during busy rush periods.
Outstanding customer service
– Friendly, positive and confident when communicating with customers and taking orders, particularly during our busy lunch periods.
Works well under pressure
– Able to stay organised, efficient and calm while maintaining good coffee quality and service.
Team player
– Reliable, punctual and willing to support other team members during busy periods.
Opening & closing duties
– Training will be provided on our café systems,



procedures, and opening and closing routines.
About the role
We have a strong focus on
fast, friendly service and consistent coffee quality
.
Our café can get very busy during peak periods, so previous experience working in a
high-volume café workplace is highly preferred
.
Full training will be provided to help you become familiar with our systems and procedures.
