NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for members and prospective customers seeking to purchase or amend NRMA Roadside Assistance memberships. You will identify needs, offer solutions, and engage with empathy to deliver a memorable experience.
The role is full time (35 hours/week) with a hybrid work arrangement, including work from home and time at Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford offices.
