The Role
n
You'll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:
n
n
Neurological conditions
n
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
n
Psychosocial disability
n
n
This is a community‐based role, delivering functional, participant‐led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. You'll:

Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
n
Build long‐term relationships and see real progress
n
Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
n
n

A graduate‐specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)

1:1 discipline‐specific supervision
n
6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling
n

Qualifications
n
n
Occupational Therapy qualification (graduating in **** or January ****)
n
Passion for supporting people with disability
n
Driver's licence and own vehicle
n
NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
