Ringwood Swimming Club (RSC) is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic andmotivated Lead Junior Coach to work alongside our Head Coach in leading the club'sJunior Stream program.

RSC has a strong focus on developing young swimmers through a structured pathway fromdevelopment squads through to competitive age-group swimming. Our Junior Stream is avital part of this pathway, with a solid emphasis on building exceptional technical skills,race awareness and good training habits.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the club bydelivering high-quality coaching across our junior squads, fostering athlete development,and preparing swimmers for progression into our performance program.

RSC is based out of Aquanation, Ringwood and operates, in conjunction with MaroondahLeisure, out of the following nearby located aquatic and gym facilities:

As Lead Junior Coach, you will work with the Head Coach to design a program that willfurther develop and guide the swimmers to achieve their goals. You will be
directlyresponsible
for the coaching of our junior squads (ages 8-12), with the assistance of ourjunior coaches, under the guidance of the Head Coach.
