We're looking for someone who is good with their hands, comfortable using tools, understands the basics of computers and technology, and is willing to learn.

This is a hands-on field role where you'll travel to customer sites and assist with the installation, setup and basic troubleshooting of IT equipment.

We're looking for someone who is positive with their hands, comfortable using tools, understands the basics of computers and technology, and is willing to learn.

This is a hands-on field role where you'll travel to customer sites and assist with the installation, setup and basic troubleshooting of IT equipment.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Attend customer sites to complete scheduled jobs
n
Install and replace IT and communications equipment
n
Set up computers, monitors, printers and other devices
n
Assist with basic network and cabling tasks
n
Mount and install equipment where required
n
Use hand and power tools safely
n
Follow job instructions and technical documentation
n
Perform basic troubleshooting
n




Take photos and document completed work
n
Communicate professionally with customers and the IT Hero team
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
You must have:
n
n
A current Australian driver's licence
n
Your own reliable vehicle
n
Good practical skills and confidence using hand tools
n
A basic understanding of computers and IT
n
Good problem-solving skills
n
The ability to follow instructions and work independently
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
Reliability and a professional attitude
n
A willingness to learn
n
n
If you're naturally good with technology, enjoy working with your hands and can figure things out, we can teach you the rest.
