As we continue to grow nationally, we're looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Installations Coordinator to join our Byron Bay Head Office.
n
This is a fast-paced coordination role where you'll be right in the middle of the action, managing installer schedules, customers, contractors and last-minute changes to make sure installations happen smoothly and on time.

The Opportunity
n
You'll be responsible for coordinating 60+ installations per week across our national network.
n
No two days will look exactly the same. You might be locking in installer availability, rearranging a schedule after a cancellation, speaking with a customer about their install, onboarding a new contractor or solving an issue before it becomes a bigger one.
n
You'll work closely with our Technical, Logistics, Customer Service and Installations teams to keep everything moving.
n
Please note: This role requires you to be on site Mon-Fri in our vibrant Byron Bay HQ located in the industrial estate - please only apply if you reside in the Northern Rivers.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Scheduling and confirming installer availability nationwide
n
Coordinating 60+ installations each week
n
Managing daily and weekly scheduling changes
n
Rescheduling appointments when plans inevitably move around
n
n
n
Managing inbound calls and messages from customers and contractors
n




Confirming installation dates and negotiating rearrangements when required
n
Troubleshooting issues quickly and keeping customers informed
n
Managing expectations across customers, installers and internal teams
n
Finding solutions that keep installations moving and customers happy
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making things happen.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
2+ years' experience in scheduling, coordination, project coordination, account management, cutomer service or BDM-style roles
n
Strong customer service experience
n
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to negotiate when required
n
The ability to build rapport quickly with customers and contractors
n
Solid organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
n
A calm approach when plans change at the last minute
n
Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness
n
Confidence learning and working across different systems
n
A proactive, self-starting attitude
n
n
Salesforce experience is a bonus, but not essential.
