About the role

Work alongside the sales team to ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process from prospecting to settlement. This role is an ideal fit for a candidate who has 12 months experience prospecting and managing buyers, that is looking for a more supportive office, offering a pathway to become an independent agent where you can build your own team in the future.

Prepare for appraisals and manage follow up

Just listed and just sold calls
n
Door knocking and letter box drops
n
Assist with open homes and private inspections
n
Prepare open and auction packs
n
Manage buyer inquiry and the buyer database
n
Assist with negotiations and managing offers
n
Liasion with solicitors and managing exchanges

Experience required

12 months experience in real estate sales

Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Experience prospecting and managing buyers

Drivers license and reliable car

Flexibility to work Saturdays
