Join our Eagle Farm team as a Process Worker, rotating across day, afternoon and night shifts monthly.
n
In this role, you'll support our Extrusion Press operations by operating extrusion process machinery, starting on the automated extrusion finish saw. Full training is provided, offering a strong pathway for career progression.

What You'll Do
n

Support Extrusion Press operations by operating automated machinery efficiently.
n
Assist with machine operation processes and general workflow.
n




Follow training and safety procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
n
Contribute to a strong team culture with opportunities for skill development and career progression.

What We're Looking For
n
n
A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
n
Some manual handling experience and confidence working with process line machinery with some physical, repetitive tasks.
n
Comfortable being on your feet all day in a fast‐paced setting.
n
Mechanical aptitude or an understanding of basic mechanical processes is highly regarded.
n
Machine operation or production line experience is also highly valued.
n
