You’ll be working across all sections as required by our Head Chef and will be expected to maintain kitchen standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN RETURN
Proven experience as a CDP or strong Commis ready to step up
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
Experience across kitchen sections (larder, fryers, pans, grill, pizza)
Understanding of standards in quality, hygiene, and safety
Pub experience highly regarded
Minimum 12 months experience in the role
