What is the opportunity?
/n
We are currently looking for an experienced Boiler Operator to join our Maintenance team at our Bakers Creek facility, located in the Mackay Region. As a leader of producing and exporting of quality products beef and beef co-products we specialise in high standard products.
/n
The successful applicant will possess the following skills:
/n
/n
Be the holder of aLicense to operate a standard boiler- MSMBLIC001 or equivalent ticket
/n
Coal fired boiler experience
/n
Self-motivated and ability to follow procedures.
/n
Possess sound computer skills
/n
Be mechanically minded
/n
Be experience in an industrial maintenance environment
/n/n
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the duties will include, but won't be limited to:
/n
/n
Boiler Operation
/n
Monitor and testing of Boiler water quality.
/n
Energy and EPA monitoring
/n
Understand manual handling related to the role
/n
Willing to shift work
/n
Comply with workplace health and safety requirements
