The opportunity

This is a senior, client-facing Manager role with a transparent runway to equity ownership within 2–3 years. You'll take responsibility of a growing portfolio of SME, family business and privately‐owned clients, mentor a talented team, and partner with the Director to drive the next chapter of our growth.

What you'll do

Lead Advisory conversations that turn the numbers into actionable client strategy.

/n
Hunt and win new business - you'll have real BD support and a defined target market.

/n
Review compliance work and lift quality across the team.

/n
Coach, mentor and grow accountants and senior accountants.

/n
Champion our tech stack: Xero, FYI, Ignition,



Fuse Sign, Fathom, Reach, Sentrient, Microsoft 365/Copilot.

What you'll bring

CA or CPA qualified.

/n
8+ years in Australian public practice.

/n
Robust tax and business services foundation with a passion for advisory.
