About the role
n
n
Safely transport patients to and from healthcare facilities, providing compassionate, respectful, and professional care throughout every journey.
n
Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, fully stocked, and ready for service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
n
Accurately complete patient records, vehicle logs, and incident reporting, contributing to safe, high-quality patient care.
n
Work independently across metropolitan,
regional, and long-distance transport, applying sound judgement, fatigue management, and responding calmly to a variety of patient needs.
n
Be part of a dedicated team by participating in on-call rosters, ongoing training, infection control practices, and supporting specialised patient transport when required.

A confident and responsible driver with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and maintaining high vehicle standards.

Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately complete documentation and incident reporting.

Able to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities across metropolitan and regional patient transport.

A reliable team player who is adaptable to participate in on-call rosters, embraces ongoing learning, and is committed to providing exceptional service every day.
