Seeking an highly motivated, self driven experienced leader for a Garden & Lawn Maintenance business. This is a casual role but a few to be full time as we grow the business, based in Sydney's Northern Beaches District NSW.

Key responsibilities
n
Working at a set group of clients at a weekly basis to provide a high-quality maintenance services
n
Working with an apprentice ensuring productive, effective and timely completion of gardening and lawn maintenance tasks
n
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and client standards
n
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues
n
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
n
About you
n




Experience in a garden/lawn maintenance
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
Must have a current driver's license and own Vehicle
n
Qualifications in horticulture would be highly regarded but not essential
n
