About the role
n
This is a secure, full-time Monday–Friday role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and being part of a hands-on team.
n
Working across both the trade counter and warehouse, you'll assist customers with product enquiries, prepare and dispatch orders, manage stock and develop your knowledge of the HVAC&R; industry.
n
No HVAC&R; experience? No problem. If you bring a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
n
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:
n
n
Deliver exceptional counter and internal sales service to trade customers
n
Build strong relationships with local tradies and national account technicians
n
Identify customer needs and provide practical product solutions
n
Receive, pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment and cycle counts
n
Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
n
Perform general warehouse duties and maintain branch presentation standards
n




Operate a forklift – we will help you obtain a licence and provide full training
n
Maintain a safe and organised work environment in line with WHS requirements
n

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, likes learning recent things and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all areas of branch operations.

You will bring:
n
n
A genuine passion for customer service
n
Customer service, retail, warehouse or trade-related experience
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
A hands-on approach and willingness to assist across both customer service and warehouse operations
n
Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn
n
A current forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one (company funded)
n
A strong commitment to safety, teamwork and attention to detail
n
n
