We are seeking an
experiencedPersonal
Care Worker with solid Night Dutyexperience to join our team.This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents during overnight shifts.
n What you will do:
n The Personal Care Worker is responsible for ensuring:
n
n
Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc.
n
Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etc
n
Social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities.
n
Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals,
n
Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts
n
n
Who are you and what will you bring?
n
n
Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
n
Medication Competency or willing to obtain (desirable)
n
Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
n
Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)
n
Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
n
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
n
