Job Description
We are a registered NDIS service provider seeking Support Workers to support NDIS participants in Melbourne's South East suburbs and Mornington Peninsula.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Community access and participation (transport to appointments, social & recreational activities)
n
Assistance with daily living (domestic tasks, meal prep, light household support)
n
Assistance with self-care (where required)
n
Inactive and active night-time sleepovers (as needed)
n
Help participants work towards completing their NDIS goals
n
Help participants with morning and evening routines
n
n
About you
n
n
Reliable, caring, punctual and qualified
n
Able to work independently and follow support plans
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
n
Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
n
First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
n
Cert 3 or 4 individual support (preferred)
n
