Looking for ongoing work, consistent hours, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position? We're currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Production Worker to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands‐on role offering stable employment, regular overtime, and a genuine temp‐to‐perm opportunity for the right candidate. Training will be completed on day shift for the first few weeks before transitioning to a permanent afternoon shift roster. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of forklift operation and physical production work, takes safety seriously, and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate a forklift to safely move raw materials and finished products throughout the site
n
Load, unload and stage materials for production
n
Assist with manufacturing and production processes
n
Open moulds and remove finished products
n
Prepare equipment and materials for upcoming production runs
n
Complete quality checks and finishing tasks
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
n
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily production targets
n
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n

Skills & Experience
n
Essential
n
n
Current LF Forklift Licence
n
Previous forklift operating experience
n
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
n
Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
Reliable with a solid work ethic
n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
n
Desirable
n
n
Experience within manufacturing, production, construction, concrete, warehousing or labouring environments
n
Experience handling large or heavy products
n
Flexibility to work overtime when required
n
n
