Vets of Geelong is looking for a Practice Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our busy clinics, while supporting an incredible team of vets, nurses, and reception staff.

About the Role
n
This is a hands-on leadership position where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, supporting staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining high standards of patient care, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
n

Coordinate daily vet and nurse consulting schedules.
n
Support consulting vets, nurses, and reception teams.
n
Manage workflow, triages, and appointment logistics.
n
Assist with administration, reporting, stock control, and reconciliations.
n
Deliver outstanding customer service and handle client concerns professionally.
n
Ensure workplace health & safety and infection control standards are maintained.
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
n
A confident communicator with solid leadership and team coordination skills.
n
Calm under pressure and adaptable in a busy environment.
n
Experienced in leadership or team coordination.
n
Comfortable with computer systems and administrative tasks.
n
Passionate about supporting teams and delivering exceptional client experiences.
n
Knowledgeable in veterinary terminology and procedures (preferred).
n
A veterinary nursing background is advantageous, but not essential.
n
