What you'll be doing Initially, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a front-end loader around the asphalt plant,
including loading aggregates and maintaining stockpiles
n
As you develop, you'll be trained across the production side of the plant, working towards becoming an Asphalt Batcher responsible for coordinating and controlling asphalt production
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Experience operating a front-end loader, ideally in quarrying, asphalt, concrete, mining or a similar environment
n
Strong safety awareness
n
Reliable work ethic and good attitude
n
Mechanically minded and willing to learn
n
Comfortable working around heavy machinery and production equipment
n
Good communication and ability to work as part of a team
n
Previous asphalt or batch plant experience is an advantage, but not essential
n
