Are you a motivated professional with a passion for recoveries and claims management? Due to continued growth, Procare Group is seeking an enthusiastic Recoveries Specialist to join our team-oriented, supportive, and hardworking team in Hamilton, Brisbane.

This full time role is perfect for someone with experience in loss adjusting, property, or motor claims recoveries, who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and is ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
n
As a Recoveries Specialist, your day‐to‐day duties will include:
n
Managing the end‐to‐end recoveries process within a portfolio of claims.
n
Effectively and efficiently communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
n
Negotiating the recovery of claims (both insured and uninsured) to maximise recovery potential.
n




Driving timely recovery of funds while maintaining a client‐focused approach.
n
Accurately recording and managing work through relevant systems and processes.
n
Providing ad‐hoc administrative and team support as required.
n
About You
n
We are looking for a talented communicator and proactive team player who has:
n
1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
n
Background in commercial property and liability claims management (preferred).
n
Experience in motor vehicle claims (desirable but not essential).
n
Strong customer service skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
Outstanding negotiation skills and written/verbal communication abilities.
n
Capacity to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
n
Knowledge of legal and court processes (advantageous).
n
Intermediate PC skills and proficiency in relevant systems.
