About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Picker& Packer to join our Brisbane warehouse team.
n
The position offers approximately ***** hours per week,depending on operational requirements. The role involves early-morningstarts and early finishes, making it suitable for someone who enjoysbeginning and completing their working day early.
n
You will help ensure customer orders are picked, checked andpacked accurately while maintaining high standards of food safety, stockrotation and warehouse organisation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Accuratelypick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners
n
Checkproducts, quantities, expiry dates and labels
n
ApplyFIFO principles to ensure correct stock rotation
n
Preparecompleted orders for dispatch
n
Worksafely in chilled and frozen storage areas
n
Reportdamaged stock, discrepancies and quality concerns
n
Maintainclean, safe and organised work areas
n
Followfood safety, HACCP and workplace safety procedures
n
Supportloading and other general warehouse duties when required
n
n
About You
n
n
Previouspicking, packing or warehouse experience is preferred
n
Reliable,punctual and available for early-morning shifts
n
Physicallyfit and able to lift cartons weighing up to 25 kg
n
Comfortableworking in chilled and frozen environments
n
Strongattention to detail and commitment to accuracy
n
Ableto work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
Goodcommunication and teamwork skills
n
Basicunderstanding of food safety or HACCP principles is advantageous
n
Forkliftlicence is advantageous but not essential
n
