What you'll bedoing:
n
To start, you'll sit down for a cuppawith your Child & Parent Centre Manager to chat about the CPC, theethos & purpose, integrated services, health, wellbeing, ourwonderful families and school readiness for our little ones. Theearly learning programs will become yours, to develop, implementand improve. You'll become a role model for families and children(up to 8 yrs of age) and a CPC Advocate while you collaborate withthe local primary school, and interact with local agencies, supportservices and community stakeholders.

Candemonstrate previous early years' experience working withchildren and their families
n
UnderstandEarly Years Learning Framework (orsimilar)
n
Hold anationally recognised tertiary qualification in EarlyChildhood Education, or equivalent (desirable notessential)
n
Have workedwith families and children from culturally andlinguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds,
includingindigenous,
low socio-economic, young parents and sociallyisolated families
n
Havereasonable computer literacy and technologyskills
n
Can obtain aHLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearanceand Working with Children check
n
