As we prepare for the opening of Sharks Leagues, we're looking for experienced and enthusiastic Club Supervisors to join our team.
n
This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter for the Sharks and help establish the service standards, team culture and customer experience within our new venue.

As a Club Supervisor, you'll be a hands‐on leader on the floor, supporting our front‐line teams throughout their shifts and working closely with Duty Managers and Department Heads to ensure our operations run smoothly.

Supervisor Opportunities

We are currently recruiting for Club Supervisors in casual, full-time and part-time capacities in the following areas:
n
Food & Beverage – supporting our bars, dining and beverage operations and leading front‐line teams to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
n
Functions – helping coordinate and supervise functions and events, ensuring smooth service delivery and a outstanding experience for our guests from start to finish.
n
Gaming – supervising gaming operations, supporting our gaming team and maintaining a strong focus on customer service, compliance and responsible gaming practices.
n

About the Role
n
As a Club Supervisor, you will:
n
Supervise and support front‐line team members throughout your shift
n
Lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service
n
Allocate duties and help coordinate workflow, breaks and shift coverage
n
Provide day‐to‐day coaching, mentoring and support to team members
n
Assist with the induction and on-the-job training of new employees
n
Monitor service, presentation and operational standards throughout the Club
n
Assist with opening and closing operational areas
n




Complete operational checklists and shift handovers
n
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
n
Promote Club promotions, events and loyalty initiatives
n
Support compliance with relevant liquor, gaming, WHS and Club requirements
n
Respond to operational issues and make appropriate decisions within your level of responsibility
n
Escalate significant operational, security or customer matters to the Duty Manager or Department Head when required
n
About You
n
We're looking for people who are confident on the floor, approachable with their team and comfortable taking ownership during a busy shift.
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
Previous experience in a similar hospitality, club or supervisory role
n
Experience supervising or coordinating front‐line teams
n
Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating a great customer experience
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
The confidence to resolve customer issues professionally
n
Sound knowledge relevant to your area of hospitality operations
n
The ability to work independently while knowing when matters need to be escalated
n
Current RSA and RCG competency cards
n
Availability to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and Game Days.
n
First Aid/CPR and ARCG qualifications will be highly regarded.
