n We're seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Corporate Hospitality / Waitstaff team member with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service to join a professional and welcoming team in the Sydney CBD.

The Role
n Working as part of a professional corporate hospitality team, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for clients, partners and employees.
n Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Deliver high-quality, polished food and beverage service for clients, partners and employees.
n
Take and prepare beverage orders, providing professional, discreet and attentive service.
n
Prepare boardrooms, meeting rooms and event spaces for client meetings, executive meetings, conferences and functions, ensuring they are immaculately presented.
n
Provide attentive waitstaff service throughout meetings and functions, anticipating guest requirements while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
n
Assist with audio-visual, video conferencing and meeting-room technology.
n
Clear, reset and restock meeting rooms following each booking, maintaining exceptional presentation standards throughout the day.
n
Monitor catering and hospitality supplies and assist with stock control, ordering and replenishment.
n
Assist with corporate functions, client events and special occasions, including occasional evening and off-site events.
n
Work collaboratively with the broader team to provide a welcoming, sophisticated and seamless client experience.

Hours
n This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position, working five 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30am and 5:30pm.
n There may also be occasional evening events, with overtime applicable.
n
About You
n We're looking for someone who is friendly, polished, reliable and genuinely enjoys providing exceptional service.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Previous hospitality, food & beverage or retail experience – preferred but not essential
n
Current RSA certification
n
Coffee machine or barista experience
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
A professional, polished and proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and presentation.
n
Confidence working within a cooperative team
n
Willingness to learn and adapt to a corporate environment
n
n
