Join our Noble Park call centre team as a Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator, overseeing fast-paced dispatch and logistics operations to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and excellent customer service. The role requires flexibility, with predominantly afternoon/evening shifts, some morning shifts, and weekend work on a 4-week rotation. No fixed shifts, flexibility to meet business needs is essential.

The Dispatch and Logistics Coordinator in our call center within our Noble Park location will be responsible for:

Overseeing the dispatch and logistics operations.
n
Ensuring high-quality customer service is maintained.
n
Ensuring timely deliveries.
n
Optimising the transportation processes.
n
Manage dispatch processes efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
n
Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and enhance service quality.
n
Play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and records management.
n
Coordinate and optimise logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.

About you

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive coordinator who can thrive in a busy setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
