About the Role
n Reporting to a highly experienced, supportive Service Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations. Working closely with four Foremen, you'll drive productivity, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and support our Workshop Foremen across daily operations
n
Coordinate workshop workflow and allocate repair orders effectively
n
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and workshop profitability
n
Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately, and on time
n
Coach, mentor, and develop Foremen, technicians, and apprentices
n
Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to deliver exceptional customer service
n
Maintain workshop standards, compliance requirements, and safety expectations
n
Drive continuous improvement and foster a positive, engaged team culture
n
n
About You
n You are a confident leader who enjoys building great teams and achieving results.
n To be successful, you'll bring:

Experience as a Heavy Vehicle Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Senior Technician
n
Heavy Vehicle Trade Qualification
n
Strong leadership experience managing and engaging teams
n
A passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing others
n
Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
n
A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service
n
A current Australian driver's licence (HR licence advantageous)
n
Dealership experience will be highly regarded
n
n
Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and have full Australian working rights.
