We are looking for a visionary Lead Educator who is ready to shape an incredible team and create a world of wonder for our little learners. We area child protected organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. The salary for this role is$70,000 – $85,000 per annum (commensurate with experience and qualifications).

Step into a high-end, architecturally inspired workplace designed to spark curiosity. Our centre features stunning open-plan rooms bathed in natural light and premium natural play spaces. Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, we provide the ultimate setting for 101 children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

About you;
n
You're an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
n
Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
n
You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
n
Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
n
Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
n
Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning
n
What You'll Bring:
n




A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
n
A current Working with Children Check
n
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
n
Australian Working Rights
n
A professional and friendly personal presentation
n
Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
n
A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
n
Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
n
