Job Description
n
Support the implementation, technical support and administration of local infrastructure (network/servers/storage) including installing, testing, maintaining, patching, and upgrading of servers, databases, applications, and backup solution
n
Manage vendors, contracts, and internal customer relationships to ensure the service levels required by a high performing business are in place
n
Assists with the scoping and implementation of application and infrastructure solutions while ensuring that they are supportable, aligned with RTX/Collins Digital strategic road maps, and not reliant on single point support
n
To work with site Facility Security Officer on DT matters such as DT system security, network system security and compliance to US/Australian company/Government security policies and procedures.
n




Ensure DT Infrastructure and Applications controls are following DT policies and SOX requirements, producing, and reviewing various compliance reports on a regular basis
n
Own and manage DT issues and solutions to completion
n
Drive the continuous improvement of DT systems/services
n
Manage the budget and track costs of DT services, hardware, and software
n
Collaborate effectively with Enterprise DT Organization to leverage DT applications and resources to effectively support and deliver solutions
n
Manage and support local entities' DT projects to ensure the business requirements and milestones are met with alignment to RTX/Collins strategic plans
n
Any other tasks/responsibilities assigned
