We're partnering with a global leader in transportation services to find an ambitious and driven Sales & Operations Management Trainee to join their Australian team based out of their office in Lytton (Brisbane Bayside).

This is more than an entry-level role — it's a structured pathway into management, with the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Rental Manager position within 6–12 months.
n
You'll receive hands‐on training and mentoring from experienced leaders while gaining exposure across sales, customer service, administration, operations and commercial decision‐making.

Whether you're a recent graduate or have some early-career experience, you'll bring:

A Bachelors or Diploma in business, management, administration, accounting or a related field (desirable but not essential)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Customer service, sales or administration experience
n
Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in management
n
The drive to take on responsibility and progress quickly

The opportunity

Full time Monday - Friday role
n
In depth training and support from the Branch Manager
n
Occasional site visits
n
Administration tasks including booking services, managing reservations, quotations, compliance checks and customer service
n
