This is a greatopportunity for someone with automotive, agricultural or machinery partsexperience who enjoys helping customers find the right parts and providingpractical product advice.

Aboutthe Role
n
Working Monday to Fridayand reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible forassisting customers and technicians with parts identification, sales and adviceacross a diverse range of leading brands, including:

Toyota
n
STIHL
n
Bridgestone
n
Spitwater
n
n
KeyResponsibilities
n
n
Providefriendly and knowledgeable parts advice to customers
n
Identifyand source automotive, agricultural and machinery parts
n
Assistcustomers with parts enquiries and sales
n
Preparequotes, orders and invoices
n
Maintainaccurate parts inventory and stock records
n
Liaisewith suppliers to source parts and provide timely solutions
n
Workclosely with the Parts Manager, workshop and sales teams
n
Maintaina clean, organised and professional parts department
n
Deliverexcellent customer service and build solid customer relationships
n

AboutYou
n
We are looking forsomeone who:
n
n
Hasprevious parts, automotive, agricultural or machinery experience (preferredbut not essential)
n
Has agood understanding of mechanical parts and equipment
n
Isconfident dealing with customers and suppliers
n
Hasstrong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Can workindependently while also being a strong team player
n
Has apositive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Isreliable, punctual and committed to providing excellent service
n
