n Step into a high-end, architecturally inspired environment designed to spark curiosity. Our centre features stunning open-plan rooms bathed in natural light and premium natural play spaces. Operating from 6.30am to 6.30pm, we provide the ultimate setting for 130 children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

About The Role
n
As the Educational Leader, you will play a key role in mentoring educators, supporting curriculum development, and fostering a positive, collaborative learning environment. You will work closely with the service leadership team to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and continuous improvement across the service.

What You'll Bring

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
n
A current Working with Children Check
n
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
n
Australian Working Rights

A skilled and friendly personal presentation
