You'll play an key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates, coordinating pricing and supplier information, and helping ensure projects are properly costed from tender through to delivery.

About the Role
n
Working closely with our Estimators and Project Management team, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Assisting with the preparation of construction estimates and tenders
n
Reviewing plans, specifications and project documentation
n
Preparing quantities and take-offs from drawings
n
Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations
n
Assisting with material and labour pricing
n
Entering and maintaining estimating data and pricing schedules
n
Preparing tender submissions and supporting documentation
n
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
n
Following up outstanding quotations and pricing
n
Maintaining accurate records and estimating documentation
n
Supporting the Estimating team with general administration and project requirements
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and keen to develop a career within the construction industry.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience in a sales environment
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Good numerical and analytical skills
n
Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
