Job Description
Kallibr Homes are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects across Brisbane's Northside. This is an on-site focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys concentrating on build quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
n

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities
n
Manage trades, suppliers, and construction sequencing
n
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
n
Conduct quality inspections at key construction stages
n
Maintain site safety and compliance with WH&S; requirements
n
Collaborate closely with internal construction and office teams
n
Ability to source trades as required
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Proven experience in construction supervision or a similar leadership role on building sites (residential preferred)
n
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and Australian Standards
n
Proven ability to manage teams and multiple sites effectively, demonstrating excellent leadership and communication skills
n
Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications and construction drawings
n
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
n
Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
n




Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to various construction sites as required
n
Current Construction White Card or similar safety certification
n
Experience with residential construction projects is highly desirable
n
Proficiency with construction management software Onsite Companion and digital tools is preferred
n
QBCC Licence (or ability to obtain) highly regarded
n
