Seeking a Change & Communications Analyst to play a key role in supporting change management and communication activities across several high-profile cyber security initiatives, including:
n
n
BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
n
Zero Trust Security
n
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
n
Passkeys & Okta
n
Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
n
Windows Fleet Remediation
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support change management and communications activities across multiple cyber and technology projects
n
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
n




Create communications collateral including FAQs, intranet content, email communications, training schedules and rollout materials
n
Coordinate end-user readiness activities
n
Track adoption metrics and perks realisation
n
Maintain stakeholder maps, impact assessments, communication trackers and other key change artefacts
n
n
Requirements
n
n
2-4 years' experience in Change Management, Communications, Business Readiness or Organisational Change
n
Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, digital or cybersecurity projects
n
Exposure to initiatives such as IAM, RBAC, Zero Trust or security uplift programs
n
