You will be responsible for delivering engaging, compliant training, supporting students throughout their learning, and maintaining accurate assessment and compliance records. The successful applicant will be confident delivering high-quality training and assessment in Traffic Control (TC) and Traffic Management Implementation (TMI).

Key responsibilities
n
Deliver engaging, compliant training in Traffic Control (TC) and Traffic Management Implementation (TMI)
n
Support students throughout their learning
n
Maintain accurate assessment and compliance records
n
Conduct and manage cloud-based assessments
n
Deliver face-to-face training on site and other locations, when required
n
Develop or improve training and assessment resources
n
Support learners with differing language, literacy, numeracy and digital-literacy needs
n
About you




n
Current qualifications and industry experience relevant to TC and TMI
n
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
n
Solid communication and classroom-management skills
n
A practical and supportive approach to training
n
The ability to maintain accurate records and meet compliance requirements
n
Availability to commence immediately
n
A current driver's licence and the ability to travel as required
n
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
n
Confidence using learning management systems and student management systems
n
Strong digital literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
