RESTORATIV PHYSIOTHERAPY in Pimpama is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Physio who wants strong mentoring, a supportive team and wide-ranging musculoskeletal caseloads on the Northern Gold Coast.

Who are we looking for?
n
As a Physiotherapist in our owner operated private practice, you'll assess, diagnose and treat clients with a range of musculoskeletal presentations while continuing to grow your clinical reasoning, hands-on skills and confidence. You'll build meaningful relationships, contribute to a positive team culture and be supported to develop into the kind of physiotherapist you want to become.

This role is especially well suited to a physiotherapist with 1-2 years' musculoskeletal experience who is ready to settle into a supportive private practice and keep building strong foundations. If you're a newer graduate with the right attitude, curiosity and care for people, we'd still love to hear from you. We support flexible working and empowering you to manage your time in a way that works for you and your patients. We will also consider part-time working arrangements for the right candidate.

What we're offering the successful candidate:

Salary range: $90,*******,000 AUD per annum, based on experience, plus 12% statutory superannuation.
n
Additionally, we will recognise your contribution to our Clinic's growth through our annual Variable Performance Bonus Scheme.

Statutory leave entitlements, including annual leave and paid personal/carer's leave, in line with the National Employment Standards.

Administrative support so you can spend more of your day focused on clients, clinical reasoning and quality care

Ongoing professional development is a core part of how we support you to become the best physiotherapist you can be. You'll have regular opportunities to ask questions, refine your clinical reasoning and build confidence through:

Weekly clinical training and mentoring sessions

Monthly in-services
n
Funding for external education courses up to $**** per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care that helps clients move better, feel stronger and stay engaged in their health goals.
n
Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients.
n
Build positive relationships with local healthcare professionals and contribute to Restorativ Physiotherapy's growing presence in the community.
n
Maintain excellent and timely medical notes and correspondence across stakeholders.
n
Participate in regular education sessions and stay up to date with the latest evidence-based treatment approaches.
n

Qualities and qualifications we're looking for:
n
n
A degree in Physiotherapy.
n
Right to work and reside in Australia without restriction at the time of application (no sponsorship available).
n
A genuine desire to keep learning, ask questions and grow into an excellent physiotherapist through ongoing professional development.
n
Valid driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle.
n
Have current AHPRA registration and hold indemnity insurance before commencing work.
