Job Description
Admin & Facilities Coordinator - Fantastic Entry Level Opportunity
n
Police Bank is one of Australia's fastest growing Mutual Banks. We are a progressive, purpose-driven financial institution, and we pride ourselves on offering a competitive range of financial products and services, all of which have been created with the needs of our members at front of mind.
n
The Opportunity
n
Are you organised, proactive and someone who loves keeping things running smoothly?
n
We're looking for an Admin & Facilities Co-ordinator to join our People Team and play an important role in the day-to-day running of our Surry Hills office.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who enjoys being hands-on, helping people and getting things done. You don't need years of facilities or office management experience — what matters most is that you're organised, reliable, confident communicating with others and keen to learn.
n
You'll be the person helping make sure our office is well stocked, well maintained and a great place for our people to work.
n
What you'll be doing
n
Office Operations & Supplies
n
Help manage office stationery, kitchen supplies and general consumables
n
Coordinate orders and maintain appropriate stock levels
n
Liaise with suppliers and service providers
n
Help keep kitchen, printing and shared office spaces organised and presentable
n
Monitor office supplies and identify when things need to be replenished
n
Facilities
n
Coordinate day-to-day facilities requests such as cleaning, maintenance and repairs
n
Liaise with building management and contractors when required
n
Help ensure the office is safe, functional and welcomin
n
Assist with office equipment including printers, phones and meeting room technology
n
Help identify and resolve day-to-day office issues
n
Administration & Support
n
Provide general administrative support to the People Team and wider business
n
Maintain office records, contact lists and documentation
n
Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including workspace setup and equipment
n
Help coordinate meetings, room bookings and office calendars
n
Support team activities, events and other People Team initiatives when required
n
Help maintain office procedures and processes
n
Support workplace health and safety requirements
n
Keep records and documentation up to date
n
Look for simple ways to make our office processes more productive
n
What are we looking for?
n
You don't need to have done this exact role before. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, organisation and willingness to learn.
n
Some experience in administration, reception, customer service, coordination or a similar role
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
A proactive and hands-on approach — you see something that needs doing and get onto it
n
Great attention to detail
n
Confidence communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally
n
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
n
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
n
Basic proficiency across Microsoft Office
n
The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
n
A willingness to work 5 days per week from our Surry Hills office
n
This is a great role for someone looking to build their experience across administration, facilities, workplace coordination and People & Culture, with plenty of opportunity to learn along the way.
