The Role
n
We're looking for a reliable, full-time, casual staff member to join our production and packing team. You'll play a hands-on role in preparing ingredients, cooking, bottling, labelling, and dispatching orders.
n
You'll be working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with opportunities for overtime and potential transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepping ingredients and blending herbs/spices
n
Cooking with hot oil (training provided)
n
Operating filling and labelling machinery
n
Packing orders for dispatch
n




Stock organisation and general housekeeping
n
Working in hot or cold environments when required
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Hospitality or kitchen experience is essential
n
Previous food production or factory experience is a big plus
n
Forklift license is a bonus but not required
n
Strong attention to detail and fast, effective work style
n
Positive attitude, accountability, and eagerness to learn
n
Minimum 6-12 months of hospitality or kitchen experience required
n
Candidates must have Australian work rights
n
Restaurant cooking, cafe/barista, fast food, or catering experience is acceptable
n
