n Our client is a highly regarded real estate agency based in Woolloongabba, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join their established and supportive team.

You will manage a portfolio of approximately 140 properties with assistant support, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while delivering a high level of service.

The Chance This is a Monday-to-Friday position with no weekend work, offering a package of up to $105,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of approximately 140 residential properties

Work closely with dedicated Property Management support

Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Coordinate maintenance and repairs
n
Manage lease renewals and rent reviews

Monitor and manage arrears

Oversee routine inspections

Manage tenancy matters and compliance

Ensure a high level of service across the portfolio
