Who We're Looking For
n
We're seeking an engaging, passionate trainer who genuinely wants to support the next generation of early childhood educators. You'll deliver practical,



workplace-based training and classroom-based sessions, guiding learners through their full journey—from theory to hands‐on assessments.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver training for CHC***** & CHC***** and CHC***** & CHC*****
n
Assess students' practical work in real-world settings and mark theory units
n
Provide ongoing support and mentorship throughout the student journey
n
Maintain compliance based on SRTO ****
n
Complete administration tasks
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
A current Blue Card (Paid – Working with Children Check)
n
Great communication, organisation, and time management skills
n
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
n
A positive attitude, a team player spirit, and a passion for mentoring future educators
n
