About the role
n
Reporting to the Learning & Development Coordinator this role will support the professional development and training of all Congress staff.
n
To be considered for this position, you will require:
n
n
Is of Aboriginal descent; identifies as an Aboriginal person; and is accepted as an Aboriginal person by the Aboriginal community
n
Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or the ability to obtain
n
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, empower others and engage with stakeholders
n
Demonstrated ability to apply sounds organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and schedule training, work independently and as part of a team
n
A passion for the development of workers and aligning learning pathways to strategy and succession plans
n
High level of proficiency in the use of standard application software such as the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new computer programs
n
Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations
n
